{"id":18,"date":"2020-05-27T23:40:20","date_gmt":"2020-05-27T23:40:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hotmelts.eu\/?page_id=18"},"modified":"2021-09-20T10:11:11","modified_gmt":"2021-09-20T10:11:11","slug":"reactive-pur","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/hotmelts.eu\/nl\/reactive-pur\/","title":{"rendered":"Reactief PUR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Reactieve smeltlijmen zijn op basis van polyurethaan (PUR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Volgorde van de lijmreactie<br>De vochtuithardende hotmelt-lijmen hechten zich in twee fasen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In de eerste fase passeert de lijm een fysiek hardingsmechanisme, waardoor de hechting een zekere mate van sterkte krijgt. Deze sterkte is voldoende om verdere verwerking of transport mogelijk te maken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In de tweede fase, die uren tot dagen kan duren, afhankelijk van het type lijm, vindt een chemische navernetting plaats. Deze chemische reactie is afhankelijk van het vochtgehalte en de toegankelijkheid van de lijmverbinding voor luchtvochtigheid. Nadat de hotmelt-lijm heeft gereageerd, verliest deze zijn thermoplastische eigenschappen, dwz hij wordt niet meer zacht, ook niet als het te lijmen object opwarmt. De resulterende thermoharder heeft uitzonderlijk goede polyurethaanhechtingswaarden, gecombineerd met hoge sterkte, hoge hittebestendigheid, goede lage temperatuurflexibiliteit en goede oplosmiddelbestendigheid.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reactive hot melt adhesives are based on polyurethane (PUR).
