{"id":18,"date":"2020-05-27T23:40:20","date_gmt":"2020-05-27T23:40:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hotmelts.eu\/?page_id=18"},"modified":"2021-09-20T10:11:11","modified_gmt":"2021-09-20T10:11:11","slug":"reactive-pur","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/hotmelts.eu\/fr\/reactive-pur\/","title":{"rendered":"PUR r\u00e9actif"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les adh\u00e9sifs thermofusibles r\u00e9actifs sont \u00e0 base de polyur\u00e9thane (PUR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e9quence de la r\u00e9action adh\u00e9sive<br>Les adh\u00e9sifs thermofusibles durcissant \u00e0 l&#039;humidit\u00e9 se lient via une r\u00e9action en deux \u00e9tapes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape, l&#039;adh\u00e9sif passe par un m\u00e9canisme de prise physique, ce qui conf\u00e8re \u00e0 l&#039;adh\u00e9rence un certain degr\u00e9 de r\u00e9sistance. Cette r\u00e9sistance est suffisante pour permettre un traitement ou un transport ult\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape, qui peut durer de quelques heures \u00e0 quelques jours selon le type d&#039;adh\u00e9sif, une post-r\u00e9ticulation chimique a lieu. Cette r\u00e9action chimique d\u00e9pend de la teneur en humidit\u00e9 et de l&#039;accessibilit\u00e9 du joint adh\u00e9sif \u00e0 l&#039;humidit\u00e9 de l&#039;air. Apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9action de la colle thermofusible, elle perd ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s thermoplastiques, c&#039;est-\u00e0-dire qu&#039;elle ne redevient pas molle, m\u00eame si l&#039;objet \u00e0 coller s&#039;\u00e9chauffe. Le thermodurcissable r\u00e9sultant a des valeurs d&#039;adh\u00e9rence du polyur\u00e9thane exceptionnellement bonnes, combin\u00e9es \u00e0 une r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lev\u00e9e, une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la chaleur \u00e9lev\u00e9e, une bonne flexibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature et une bonne r\u00e9sistance aux solvants.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reactive hot melt adhesives are based on polyurethane (PUR).
