{"id":18,"date":"2020-05-27T23:40:20","date_gmt":"2020-05-27T23:40:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hotmelts.eu\/?page_id=18"},"modified":"2021-09-20T10:11:11","modified_gmt":"2021-09-20T10:11:11","slug":"reactive-pur","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/hotmelts.eu\/es\/reactive-pur\/","title":{"rendered":"PUR reactivo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Los adhesivos reactivos termofusibles se basan en poliuretano (PUR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Secuencia de la reacci\u00f3n adhesiva<br>Los adhesivos termofusibles de curado por humedad se unen mediante una reacci\u00f3n de dos etapas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la primera etapa, el adhesivo pasa a trav\u00e9s de un mecanismo de fraguado f\u00edsico, que le da a la adhesi\u00f3n un cierto grado de resistencia. Esta resistencia es suficiente para permitir un procesamiento o transporte posterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la segunda etapa, que puede durar de horas a d\u00edas seg\u00fan el tipo de adhesivo, se produce una post-reticulaci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica. Esta reacci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica depende del contenido de humedad y la accesibilidad de la junta adhesiva a la humedad del aire. Una vez que el adhesivo termofusible ha reaccionado, pierde sus propiedades termopl\u00e1sticas, es decir, no vuelve a ablandarse, incluso si el objeto a unir se calienta.
