Beim Abk\u00fchlen verfestigen sie sich reversibel und bilden eine feste Bindung. Die physikalisch abbindenden Klebstoffe sind Thermoplaste, die chemisch abbindenden Klebstoffe bilden Duroplaste, dh dreidimensionale Netzwerke. Eine andere Art der Klassifizierung betrifft den Erstarrungsmechanismus. Hier werden Schmelzklebstoffe in amorphe Polymere, teilkristalline Polymere und hochmolekulare Polymere unterteilt, wobei die ersten beiden eine Glas\u00fcbergangstemperatur \u00fcber Raumtemperatur und die letzteren eine Glas\u00fcbergangstemperatur unter Raumtemperatur aufweisen <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Intercol Hotmelt-Klebstoffe\" width=\"680\" height=\"383\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Ypzhe41eUCU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><figcaption>Intercol Schmelzklebstoffe<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EVA und Polyolefin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Hauptpolymere, die zum physikalischen Abbinden von Schmelzklebstoffen verwendet werden, sind Polyamidharze, ges\u00e4ttigte Polyester, Ethylen-Vinylacetat (EVA) -Copolymere, Polyolefine, Blockcopolymere (Styrol-Butadien-Styrol oder Styrol-Isopren-Styrol) und Polyamide. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PSA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Haftklebstoffe sind physikalisch abbindende Systeme, die sich durch ihre dauerhafte Klebrigkeit auszeichnen. Die Klebstoffe erreichen ihre Haftung an den zu verklebenden Materialien durch einen auszu\u00fcbenden Kontaktdruck - mit zunehmendem Kontaktdruck wird eine bessere Haftung hergestellt. Da das F\u00fcgen von Haftklebstoffen je nach St\u00e4rke des Permanent Tack sowohl vor als auch nach dem Abbindevorgang erfolgen kann, werden diese h\u00e4ufig zur Vorbeschichtung eingesetzt.
